Privacy Policy

What the app stores

To work, the app saves the following on your device only:

• Your first name, if you choose to enter one
• The traits you track, your ratings, notes, tags, your "why" and your settings
• A photo of yourself, only if you choose the "Be yourself" coach and pick one

This information is kept in the app's private storage on your iPhone. The app does not upload it.

Feedback you send

If you tap Send feedback and submit the form, we receive what you wrote: how you feel about the app, the topic you picked, your message, and your name and email if you add them. We also receive basic details that help us fix problems: the app version, iOS version, iPhone model, your chosen coach, your level, and how many traits and check-ins you have. We never receive your traits, ratings, notes or "why".

Feedback is stored in a private Google Sheet that only the Mobile Mench team can open. We use it only to improve the app and, if you gave an email, to reply to you. To have your feedback deleted, email us.

What we don't do

• No accounts or sign-in
• No analytics, tracking, advertising or third-party SDKs
• No access to your contacts, location, camera or microphone
• We never sell or share your information

Other times information leaves your phone

Only when you choose to send it:

• Sharing a win. When you tap Share, you pick where the image goes using iPhone's share sheet. Private traits are never included.
• Export and backup. When you export a spreadsheet or backup file, you choose where to save or send it. These files can include private traits, so keep them somewhere safe.
• Book links. Tapping a book in Learn opens a store page in your web browser, which follows that site's own privacy policy.

Reminders

Check-in reminders are scheduled on your iPhone with Apple's notification system. Nothing is sent to us.

Beta testing

If you test Mobile Mench through Apple's TestFlight, Apple may collect crash reports, usage information and any feedback you send through TestFlight, and shares it with the developer as described in Apple's TestFlight terms.

Deleting your data

Open the app, go to Me, and tap "Erase all data and start over." Deleting the app also removes everything it stored.

Children

Mobile Mench is meant for teens and adults. It does not knowingly collect information from children.
